This recipe always makes me laugh because I always remember my grandfather (may Allah bless his soul) saying “pass me those mashed cucumbers”. Ahh don’t you just love memories?

2 cups pressed yogurt
1 cucumber
4 cloves pressed garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons vinegar
diced dill

1. In a small bowl add yogurt, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and dill, mix well.

2. With a cheese shredder grate in cucumber, mix.
