Saudi Champagne

Saudi Champagne is a refreshing cocktail drink served throughout the Kingdom. You will find this drink on the menu in every nice resturaunt and people usually make in at home during holidays. It’s a pretty simple mix and I have seen it made several ways. I prefer to use sparkling white grape juice for mine, but you could use any type of sparkling water or juice. I always layer my ingredients and finish with mint on the top so it goes apple, oranges, mint and then repeat that order one more time. It’s also best to leave the drink in the refridarator overnight so that all of the flavors can meddle together.

1 bottle (1.5 liters) of sparkling white grape juice
1 red apple, diced
1 orange, sliced
3/4 cup fresh mint

1. In a pitcher add apples, oranges and mint. Pour juice over the top. Add lid and place in the refridarator.

Yields: 6 cups (1.5liters)
