  • asalamu alaikum sister,

    greay recipe u have got!:)
i have a doubt, what do we do with the water, yeast and the sugar mixture?

thank u for ur wonderful recipes and may allah bless u:)

  • Alaykum Salam sister Ameena the reason you have to do this with all recipes that have yest not just this one is bc you have to make sure your yeast is well alive. The yeast feed off of sugar so when it bubbles or froths that means it is working and you will have a nice rise from your bread.
