I love making fritattas for a quick snack since they are so easy, you can use practically anything and they taste amazing. Try one for breakfast or brunch.
1 cup egg whites
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1. Whisk together egg whites, heavy cream, salt and pepper in small bowl. Heat butter in a 9′ skillet, add egg mixture, cheese and coriander. Let bottom of the egg slightly cook.
2. Turn oven onto broil, low. Place skillet in the oven until the top of the frittata is golden.
