Slada Bil Bortokal



This is a simple yet satisfying way to end a meal.

1 orange
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

1. Peel orange, removing all white. Slice thinly then divide into small pieces. Drizzle orange blossom water over oranges, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Finley cut peel into slices or other shapes for decoration.

Yields: 2 servings

So you have Starbucks and Applebee's over there! I'm with you, I would eat at the local cafe too. It was nice to see the area where you live.

Is Slada Bil Bortokal in arabic? We say orange almost the same, but with a "p" Portokal...non the less, it looks delicous!
