All Arab countries have a version of salata hara and all go by different names. This is the version we make in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Some may be more green which means that more coriander was used. This is served alongside meat and rice dishes.
1 large tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh coriander
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 red chili peppers
2 teaspoons baharat spice blend
1. In a processor add tomato, coriander and chili pepper, lemon juice, baharat, and salt. Blend well.
