This simple salad is perfect after a heavy meal and the reason why Moroccans incorporate a lot of fruit in desserts. You can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on top if you would like, I personally think the oranges are sweet enough without the added sugar. I like to add cherries or dates into mine too. This has always been one of my favorite desserts to have in Ramadan.
3 large oranges
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
10 cherries or dates
Ground cinnamon for top
1. Cut the peel off the oranges. Cut the oranges into slices, then arrange them and the cherries in a serving bowl.
2. Sprinkle with orange blossom water and sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
