I get approached quite a bit by companies who want to offer a freebie to my readers here but I have never taken them up on their offer because I want to make sure anything that I post on here is something that I have tried or that I use personally. Last month the people over at Zino told me that they were doing a big promotion and wanted to offer 9 of my readers (and myself) a free subscription to a magazine of our choice. One of those magazines is La Cucina Italiana (the one I chose) which is a blog that I have read forever, they have the best recipes.
They have top food magazines like Clean Eating, Vegetarian and Yummy to name a few. But guess what it gets better they are also giving away a free IPad and you can enter until January 7th to win as well as 50% off of their subscriptions. All in all it’s a pretty great giveaway and 9 of you are already winners. i have a question, i have a saudi friend here who gave me some herbs that smells and taste like mint, but is definitely not mint. of course she only knows its arabic name and of course i cannot make the arabic name she mentioned. do you happen to come across these leaves? do u know the english name? do u think we can find it outside of saudi, and do u know if it has any medicinal properties?
i asked u since i notices u r interested in herb n spices like me

I WANT TO WIN. I am in good ol’ Tejas and use your sight regularly. I love it. Also, my kindle that I got for my college graduation broke and I used it ALL the time while cooking for my Husband and Fams.
So sad. I could really use a tablet. Also, I can’t read all my downloaded books anymore so I need another tablet but with the expenses of our new baby alhumdulilah and buying all the cute baby clothes, diapers, etc… I can’t
