I’ve made little date balls a lot over the years, but wanted to try this recipe when I saw it since it doesn’t involve cooking and also has added tahini, which I love, especially with dates. It was so simple to make, and what a hit. You can pretty much roll these little babies in anything you like, I personally love the cardamom, the two just mesh so well together.
24 pitted dates
1/4 cup tahini
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1. Add the dates, cardamom and tahini into a bowl and use a stick blender to mix until in a paste. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
2. In a plate, add the toppings, separately. Roll the paste into small balls and then carefully roll in your favorite topping, set aside on a plate.
